Pineapple Paradise is a yoga festival filled with all things magical...You can expect a day packed full of fun for the entire family, beginning with a rainbow themed 5K run through the gorgeous streets of the Snoqualmie Ridge neighborhood! Join in all things colorful and glittery during this magical festival showcasing live music, specialized classes, workshops and seminars all throughout the day, such as Yoga Classes & Workshops, Sound Bath, Arm Balancing, Yoga Reiki, Aerial Yoga, KettleBooty Classes, Barre Classes, Meditation, Crystal Classes, Essential Oil Classes, relaxing hammocks in the trees and Swag Bags. As you are visiting our many wellness themed vendors, make sure to learn about our upcoming Trainings, Retreats, Peace Love & Pineapples Box as well as our community programs. When you are ready to take a break, sip on a cocktail in our VIP Lounge or visit the beer and wine Garden (Sponsored by M6 Global) and enjoy a bite to eat while the kids play in the Kids Zone which is filled with face painting, kids yoga, a bounce house and so much more!! What an incredible experience it's been since we opened our doors last August! We couldn't be happier with how our brand is growing and we are so grateful and humbled. We have so many incredible things in the works and by 2025, we'll have studios across the nation with our final being in Maui, Hawaii. (Hence the name, Pineapple Life).
We are planning the biggest yoga festival our city has ever seen. Last year, our Grand Opening Party hosted over 1100 people at this very same park. This year, we're doing it bigger, brighter and wayyy better!!! We are expecting attendance to be between 3000-3500 people. It's going to be an absolutely magical day!
Because you're such an important part of our brand building strategy, we would really love your involvement. First of all, we'd love to formally invite you and a guest to attend. The following are ways for you to get involved:
We've already got some amazing items included for the raffle. We'll be running the raffle throughout the day and if you've got any big ticket items to raffle off, we'd love to include your business in all of the Raffle Hoopla! To give you an example of what we're looking for, Pineapple Life will be raffling off 1 Free Lifetime Unlimited Membership, Manduka yoga mats, high-end athleisure clothing/outfits, etc. If you have an item you'd like to include in the raffle and your business or logo will be included in the marketing collateral!
We are looking for vendors of all kinds! Local vendors as well as those who are in alignment with the theme of a wellness event. For example: healthy food and drink, organic/non-toxic beauty, Body Wellness Services such as chiropractic, PT or massage services, mini beauty services, athletic-inspired products/services, entertainment/performance opportunities, or even just a booth to give out information about your business! We would love to provide you with an opportunity to showcase your business as we are all about collaboration and community connection.
Vendor participation is $250. Any and all profits made are your own. Your booth will be required to be up and running from 9:30am-6pm.
We like to keep our social media and advertising top notch and full-throttle. All sponsorship levels will be HEAVILY advertised in a myriad of ways and in all nearby cities as well as nationwide. Your logo will also be on our official Pineapple Paradise t-shirt which will be worn by all staff and vendors (as they wish). This investment in community as well as your business will be well worth it, we promise.
All sponsorships will include:
Signage: Your business + Pineapple Paradise co-branded physical signage/banners
Included on Printed Schedules: Your Logo and event location details will be included on the printed schedules (each participant will receive schedules upon arrival)
Included on Printed Event Posters/Schedules: Logo included on posters posted throughout the event.
Pineapple Paradise T-shirts: We will be creating and selling a special t-shirt to commemorate the day that will include any and all sponsors logos on the back. (VIP attendees will receive them for free). All Pineapple Paradise staff will wear these shirts (as well as vendors and sponsors who will be provided shirts!)

Pineapple Paradise Main Stage - $2500 (1 available)
The Pineapple Paradise Main Stage will be the nucleus of the event, the center of it all! We will be opening the event from the main stage, it will be where any and all announcements are made for winners of the 5K, "class starting" announcements as well as our closing remarks at the end of the day before we open the park back up to the public and start our Movie in the Park. Our featured yoga classes will also be done from this "main stage" as well as all of our entertainment lineups (we are working on securing DJs & live music and live performances) for the day. You'll also score Pineapple Paradise VIP access.
VIP Lounge Sponsorships - $750 each (5 available)
We are selling VIP packages…. with that comes a special VIP lounge area that will be professionally decorated and furnished and is only accessible to VIP ticket holders. The space will be covered for shade (the weather on 7/28 last year was very hot and sunny), misters, lounge furniture, etc. and special access to the Beer/Wine Garden and Retail areas for the day. Your logo will be on all advertisements as well as throughout the lounge. Your sponsorship includes 2 VIP tickets for you and a guest.
Beer/Wine Garden Sponsorships - $500 each (15 available)
Let's get real, even though it's a yoga festival, the Beer/Wine Garden will be a high traffic area! We plan on creating the same look and feel as last year, high top tables and chairs that will make our own Community Park feel like a fun summery rooftop bar for the day. We'll hang sponsor branding along the fencing on the inside AND outside of the Garden.
Photobooth - $500 (6 available)
With today's Instagram/Selfie set, we wanted to provide ample opportunity for user generated social media of our amazing event! We'll provide a professional photobooth with a co-branded backdrop with your business name and logo. In addition, your business name and logo will appear in the printed schedules that will include a map of line-up of vendors, activity locations, festival features (including the photobooths) and entertainment.
Kids Zone Sponsor $400 (10 Available)
Kids and parents alike will be overjoyed with what is happening in our fully supervised kids play area. We will have bounce houses, obstacle course, face paint, cotton candy, snow cones, popcorn, henna tattoos and games of all kinds! Your logo will be all over and seen by hundreds of parents and kids!
